2. Eligibility

3. User Accounts

Users must not upload:

Makan Markaz reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing without prior notice.

5. Property Verification

Although Makan Markaz may perform basic verification checks, we do not guarantee:

  • Market value
  • Property condition

Buyers and tenants are strongly advised to independently verify all documents before making any payment or signing any agreement.

6. No Brokerage

Unless specifically stated, Makan Markaz is not a real estate broker, dealer, or property agent.

  • Receive property payments
  • Transfer ownership
  • Guarantee successful transactions

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Harass other users.

Violation may result in permanent account suspension.

Fees are displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

9. Free Trial

Users may receive a limited free trial package.

free trial offers at any time.

Abuse of free trials may result in account suspension.

10. Payments

11. Refund Policy

Refunds may only be issued where Makan Markaz fails to provide the purchased service due to a technical issue solely caused by us.

By uploading content, you grant Makan Markaz a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Publish
  • Edit
  • Resize
  • Promote
  • Share

the content for marketing and operational purposes.

Users confirm they own or have permission to use all uploaded content.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logo
  • Design
  • Source Code
  • Text
  • Graphics
  • Icons
  • Databases
  • Branding

belongs to Makan Markaz unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
